Fill in the form with your name and gotra, and add the names and gotras of family members participating in the pooja.

5. Receive Updates & Deliverables

Get a notification one hour before live streaming begins. After the pooja, receive the recorded video within 4-5 days, a certificate commemorating your journey, and divine prasad delivered to your doorstep within 7-8 days(Only applicable if you select "YES" during form completion).
