Registrations and submissions for events organized by iFeARP World and associated bodies are bound by standard academic event policies:

1. Paper Submission & Originality (Plagiarism Policy)

Original Work: Submissions must consist of original research that has not been published elsewhere or currently placed under review with other journals or conferences.

Plagiarism Limits: All manuscripts undergo automated similarity checks (e.g., Turnitin). Submissions exceeding 15%–20% similarity will be rejected or returned for revision.

Co-Authorship: Each registered paper typically permits a specified number of co-authors listed on the certificate (usually up to 3–5). Additional certificates may incur a extra fee.

2. Registration & Attendance Rules

Mandatory Registration: At least one author of each accepted paper must complete full registration and pay the fee for the paper to be included in the official proceedings.

Presentation Modes: Authors can choose between In-Person Presentation or Virtual Presentation (via platforms like Zoom). Virtual presenters receive digital copies of certificates and proceedings.

Listener Category: Non-presenting delegates may register under the "Listener" option to attend sessions, keynotes, and networking events.
