In 2026, Sharad Navratri spans from  October 16, with the festival's peak energy coinciding with the mid-to-late days of the celebration.

07:15 PM - Daily Maa Durga Aarti & Lamp Lighting

07:45 PM - Phase 1: Traditional Two-Clap & Three-Clap Garba

09:00 PM - Intermission & Food Stall Access

09:30 PM - Phase 2: High-Energy Dandiya Raas & Live Fusion

11:00 PM - Nightly Judging & Prize Distribution

11:30 PM - Closing Ceremony

Venue: Vitthal Rukmani Garden / Palace, Khandwa Road / Bypass Ring Road Area, Indore.

Event Type: Traditional & Fusion Garba, Raas, and Dandiya Mahotsav.

Ambiance: Open-air venue decorated with traditional marigold, mirror-work drapery, and festive lighting.

Live Folk & Fusion Orchestra: Features traditional Dhol, Shehnai, Octapad, and live vocalists performing Gujarati folk classics and contemporary festive music.

Safe Environment: Fully managed with dedicated security guards, CCTV surveillance, separate entry/exit lanes, and on-site medical first aid.

Competitions & Daily Prizes: Professional judges evaluate participants every night in categories including Best Dressed (Male/Female), Best Garba Group, Best Authentic Costume, and Best Energy.

Dedicated Food Court: On-site food stalls serving pure-vegetarian, hygienic street food, fasting-friendly (Farali) snacks, and refreshing beverages.

Spacious Open-Air Turf: Designed to accommodate large Garba circles comfortably without overcrowding.

 Terms and Conditions

• Passes & Entry Authorization:

  • Entry requires a valid physical pass or digital QR code issued through authorized ticketing portals. Passes are non-transferable.

  • Attendees must carry valid government-issued ID proof (e.g., Aadhar Card, Driver's License) for verification.

• Dress Code Policy:

  • Traditional attire is required for ground dancers (e.g., Chaniya Choli for women; Kediya, Dhoti-Kurta, or Kurta-Pyjama for men).

  • Casual Western wear (jeans, t-shirts, shorts) is restricted to spectator viewing zones and may be denied entry to the main Garba circle.

• Code of Conduct & Safety:

  • Consumption or possession of alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the venue premises. Intoxicated individuals will be denied entry without a refund.

  • Right of admission is reserved by event management. Any unruly behavior, harassment, or disruption will result in immediate ejection.

• Security & Belongings:

  • All attendees must undergo bag checks and security screenings at the gate.

  • Weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, or hazardous materials are strictly banned.

  • Organizers and venue management are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• Refunds & Cancellation:

  • Ticket sales are final. No refunds or replacements will be processed for non-attendance or late arrival.

  • In the event of extreme weather or natural disruptions, rescheduling decisions remain at the discretion of the event organizers.
