Vivah Puja is a sacred Hindu wedding ritual that unites two individuals in a divine bond of marriage. It involves various Vedic customs and traditions that seek the blessings of gods, ancestors, and family elders. The rituals ensure a strong marital foundation, prosperity, and lifelong companionship. This ceremony is conducted by a qualified pandit who chants sacred mantras, invoking the blessings of deities like Lord Vishnu, Goddess Lakshmi, and Lord Ganesha for a happy married life.

Booking Process

 1. Select a Puja Package

Choose your preferred package: Individual, Partner, Family, or Joint Family Puja—all tailored to meet your spiritual needs.

2. Add optional offerings and review details

Enhance your experience by including offerings such as Gau Seva, Vastra Daan, or food donation, tree planting and more to earn spiritual blessings.

Review the payment details for your selected Puja, including the package and any additional offerings you have added.

3. Make a payment

Proceed to secure online payment options including credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. Review all details before finalizing your payment.

4. Enter details for Mangalacharana

Fill your name and gotra in the form, and add the names and gotras of family members participating in the Puja.

Choose if you would like to receive Puja offerings (yes or no).

5. Receive updates and deliverables

Get a notification one hour before the live streaming starts. After the puja, get a recorded video within 4-5 days, a certificate of your visit, and divine prasad delivered to your doorstep within 7-8 days (applicable only if you select "Yes" while filling the form).

1. Pandit Requirement: You can book two pandits or select based on your preference.

 2. Puja Samagri (Materials):

  • We can arrange all the materials for you.

  • If you prefer to arrange them yourself, we will provide a detailed checklist.

 3. Puja Location: You can perform the puja at your home, temple, or Office,and any Ghat as per your convenience.

 4. Puja Timing & Best Date: You will given the date and time Our Pandit will perform the puja as per the time and date given by you .

 5. Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is done, you will receive a detailed confirmation message with all puja details.

 6. Personal Data Protection: Your privacy is our priority—all your details will remain secure and confidential.

 7. Transparent Pricing:

  • With Puja Samagri: We provide everything.

  • Without Puja Samagri: You arrange the materials (we provide a checklist).

Puja Location Flexibility – The puja will be conducted at a user’s preferred location, such as their home, temple, ghats (Ujjain), or Jaipur.

Daan Services – Users can opt for daan services like Aann daan, Vastra daan, Deep daan, or Gau Seva.

Spiritual Certificate – A certificate of puja completion will be provided to mark the spiritual journey.

Price: Higher as it covers full arrangements, including Dakshina for Pandit & Samagri Costs.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made atleast 30 days before the puja performing, than the user will receive a 90% amount refund of Booking.

If a booking is canceled at least 20 days before the puja date, the user will receive a 75% refund of the booking amount.

If a booking is canceled at least 15 days before the puja date, the user will receive a 65% refund of the booking amount.

If a booking is canceled at least 10 days before the puja date, the user will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

If a booking is canceled at least 7 days before the puja date, the user will receive a 40% refund of the booking amount.

If a booking is canceled at least 5 days before the puja date, the user will receive a 30% refund of the booking amount.

If a booking is canceled at least 3 days before the puja date, the user will receive a 20% refund of the booking amount.

If a booking is canceled at least 2 days before the puja date, the user will receive a 10% refund of the booking amount.

If a booking is canceled 1 days before the puja date, NO refund will be provided.
Reschedule Policy

If the puja is rescheduled at least 7 days before the puja date, an additional 10% of the total puja cost will be charged to the user.

If the puja is rescheduled at least 5 days before the puja date, an additional 20% of the total puja cost will be charged to the user.

If the puja is rescheduled at least 3 days before the puja date, an additional 30% of the total puja cost will be charged to the user.

If the puja is rescheduled at least 2 days before the puja date, an additional 50% of the total puja cost will be charged to the user.

If the puja is rescheduled 1 day before the puja date, an additional 75% of the total puja cost will be charged to the user.

No rescheduling will be allowed on the day of the puja. If required, the user can cancel the puja as per the cancellation policy.

A: An Offline Puja is a traditional ritual conducted physically at your desired location by an experienced pandit. You can book a puja through our platform by selecting the type of puja, choosing a package, and making a token payment. The pandit will perform the puja in person after the full payment is completed.

 

A: You can browse from a list of available pujas, select the one you need, choose a suitable package, and pay a token amount to confirm the booking. Once the full payment is completed, the assigned pandit will perform the puja at your specified location.

A: Your puja booking will be confirmed once you pay the token amount. However, the pandit will start the puja only after the full payment is made.

A: No, our system will automatically assign the nearest qualified pandit based on your location. However, you will receive details of the assigned pandit in advance.

A: In case of unavailability, we will assign another qualified pandit for your puja and notify you about the changes.

A: You can track your booking status through the app, where you'll receive updates about pandit assignment, puja schedule, and payment completion.

A: You cannot cancel the puja, but you can reschedule it based on the availability of the pandit. Rescheduling is subject to our terms and conditions, and applicable policies will apply.

A: If the full payment is not completed before the scheduled time, the puja will not be conducted, and your token amount may be forfeited as per our cancellation policy.
